Bill and Linda Bradley produce the well established "Beef Jerkey" range in their workshops at Eshottheugh. This high protein healthy meat snack is produced using local meat sourced in the National Trust Farms Estate, and comes in five flavours - peppered, hot, barbecue, sweet and teriyaki. These snacks are seen as a healthy replacement to crisps, sweets and popcorn. |
