Mirella Graham Lives close to The Angel of The North. Working from home she creates recopies based on family traditions that have been handed down generations. The result is a selection of gourmet oils, dressings, marinades and savoury jellies that are equally appealing to the eye as to the pallet.
Time and great care is taken to create new recopies and revive old, whilst respecting culinary traditions. This ensures my products taste exceptional and look outstanding.
Where ever possible ingredients are locally sourced and all of my products are prepared, cooked and packaged by hand giving them a unique style, which appeals to all.
Using Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
KITCHEN RANGE
The products in this range are designed for every day use. They are presented in an attractive but practical, chunky glass bottle. With a reusable cork.
£3.95 for 250ml
Infused oil
I use cold pressed, extra virgin, olive oil for its full bodied fruity flavour. I then add traditional Mediterranean herbs and spices such as chilli and garlic.
The infusions are delicate and enhance any cooking from a simple omelette to a red wine sauce.
Dressings
I do not care to call these salad dressings as they are so much more. I have tried to do the work for you, so your most difficult task is choosing a flavour.
All of the dressings are made with the same cold pressed oil. This ensures the oil is natural and not heat treated. I use Extra Virgin, which is the first pressing from the olive; this has a much deeper flavour. To complement the oil I use condiments such as, lemon, lime, white and red wine vinegars and an oak aged balsamic, I then infuse them with herbs spices or fruits to create a wonderful range of flavours. Try them in a sandwich instead of butter, as a marinade or simply to dip your bread
Once you have chosen your flavour. Shake the bottle and pour.
THE GOURMET RANGE
These oils have the same superior taste and the same practical uses as the Kitchen range; however they are presented in elegant glass bottles that really are special. They look wonderful on your dinning table at a dinner party, and they make a super alternative to wine as a hostess gift.

Savoury Jellies
In the days of great feasts and elaborate dinning, all foods were served together, sweet and savoury dishes sitting together on a plate. My jellies have a definite sweet, richness about them and hold some of this lost tradition. I use seasonal fruits so the flavour varies slightly though out the year. I believe this keeps them interesting. Jellies are very versatile and can be used with pate, cooked meats, and cheese; they are wonderful in a sandwich. And make a fantastic glaze. The Red berry Jelly with port is not only rich in flavour but its colour is gorgeous to. The Golden coloured garlic and chilli jelly has a mild bite to it and is excellent with salty meats like gammon or strong mature cheeses.
There are two sizes available. Both housed in an elegant, gold lidded, hexagonal jar
