Fourways Foods was formed to create a centre for local food and to provide support to local producers, retailers and the hospitality sectors. A full range of

OWNERSHIP

Fourways Foods was formed in November 2005 as an Amble Development Trust Initiative to support and enhance the use of local foods and drink. A distribution centre has been established in Eshott, based near the main A1 trunk road in a converted farm unit between Morpeth and Alnwick.

OUTREACH

Fourways Foods work closely with educational facilities to provide a range of training courses and seminars. We arrange and deliver BASIC HYGIENE, HACCP, HEALTH AND SAFETY training. We work closely with nutritionists and environmentalists to promote healthy eating, using organic products where possible.
